VALUATION FOR AUCTION

We are able to give free verbal valuations at our premises on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 9.30 am to 4.30 pm. Please note that we close for lunch from 12.30 pm to 1.30 pm.
  If you require us to value items within your own home, this again is a free service with no obligation. If you decide to put items into auction a printed confirmation of all lots for sale is available prior to the auction

VALUATION FOR PROBATE

We receive many recommendations from local solicitors to provide probate valuations.

We can arrange, at short notice, to meet with executors, and a detailed inventory and valuation will be prepared of all items of a significant value. We provide a full collection service and items will be entered into our weekly auction.

Our charge for probate valuation is 1% of the total value, with a minimum charge
 of £100 plus VAT. 

HOUSE CLEARANCES

We offer a complete or partial house clearance service. We can arrange for any items which cannot, for whatever reason be auctioned, to be disposed of. Charges will vary for disposal according to weight and EU regulations.

VALUATION FOR INSURANCE

We can offer a detailed valuation for insurance purposes, where the inspection is at your home, at a rate of 1% of the total value, with a minimum charge of £100 plus VAT.

For single items valued for insurance at our offices we charge £25 plus VAT.
